Sameer Bava leads the strategy, vision, and team behind LuxeStreet. He is intent on making LuxeStreet a game changer in the global watch and luxury goods sector.
Prior to founding LuxeStreet in 2018, Mr. Bava owned and operated wholesale and retail businesses in the luxury watch and jewelry industry. He spent 12 years heading up global conglomerate Bava exports global operations, which he helped grow from infancy to $400M. Mr. Bava’s influence and vision has been recognized by many industry leaders in the community.
Mr. Bava holds a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in finance and marketing from Bangalore University and a Certified Gemologist with the GIA.

David joins LuxeStreet from AI Capital Advisors, where he was a Managing Director at the Business Advisory and Consultancy group based in New York City. Previous to joining AI Capital, David served as Executive Vice President of Privos Capital, the worldwide multifamily office group where he developed and grew the firm’s U.S. high-net-worth business while providing sophisticated investment strategies for their affiliated family offices. Prior to Privos, David founded Southport Harbor Associates which provided operational and marketing support to alternative investments and at Perkins Fund Marketing, The Fairfield, CT based placement agent where he served as Chief Operating Officer. David began his career at Merrill Lynch where in a twenty-five years career in the Global Private Client wealth management division where he supported the creation of the flagship CMA offering and ran the Merrill Visa Signature Card offering amongst other postings. David is a graduate of the Berkshire School where he is a member of the Board of Trustees and a graduate of Lake Forest College with a B.A. (dual major in European History and Political Science.)

Joanne Valdivia Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Joanne Valdivia graduated from the University of San Martin de Porres and earned her associate degree in Journalism and Mass communication in 2001. She portrays an abundance of skills including an exceptional computer experience with all Windows, GP, and QuickBooks applications. Her accounting skills include General Ledger, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, GAAP procedures, P&L, bookkeeping, staff accountant, specializing in financial statements, advertising invoices, paying and billing IRO locations, financial reports, year-end close responsibilities, bank reconciliations, payroll, cash flow, communicating with vendors and Balance Sheet Statements she is capable of managing multiple company accounts. She is highly proficient in both verbal and written Spanish and English languages. Her extensive experience in accounting has made her very skilled and knowledgeable.

Haneen was born and raised in Houston, Texas and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Logistics from the University of Houston. She is fluent in three languages including Spanish, Arabic, and English. She has worked for many companies providing financial services and trading. She also has experience in luxury jewelry industry. She gained a deep understanding and knowledge of jewelry industry through her experience. She then enrolled herself in different courses to follow her passion for luxury jewelry and watches to understand the market better. She earned a certification in gem identification from the Gemological Institute of America. She is on a bright path to becoming more familiar in the industry and everything it has to offer such as becoming an appraiser and expert in the commerce. She strives to reach her goal in moving up with the company, and ambitious to gain more experience in the jewelry and luxury watch industry. Haneen is a great asset to the company, she is very professional and reliable. She wants to grow with the company and is eager to learn new things.

Jeffrey Fidelman, Senior Advisor, Founder and Principal of Fidelman & Company, a boutique NYC/CT consulting firm established in 2015. Jeffrey is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for identifying opportunities and building operational systems that open new revenue streams and drive consistent growth, whether in the youngest companies or in massive institutions. His experience working across these spectrums is what allows him to apply institutional-grade operational business continuity principles to startups at the cusp of expansion.

Raaghib is a consultant with Fidelman & Company, engaging LuxeStreet’s capital raising efforts by supporting business plan development, financial modeling, investor collateral development, and investor due diligence processes.
Prior to joining Fidelman & Company, Raaghib founded Essential Financial Advisors LLC in 2018, a NY-based management consultancy delivering strategic FP&A services to startup and early stage companies. As EFA’s principal consultant, Raaghib managed engagements and deliverables for 10 clients across luxury haircare, commercial real estate development, and alternative investment data industries.
Prior to founding EFA, Raaghib worked at BlackRock’s institutional trading desk automating investment reporting and operational processes using excel and VBA. Raaghib completed his M.S. in Investment Management from the Fox Business School at Temple University and his B.A. in Philosophy from Rutgers University. Having passed Levels I & II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams, Raaghib is a candidate for the May 2021 CFA Level III exam.
